- Major Cities: Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Kano, Kaduna, Benin City, Warri, Enugu, and more.
- Suburban & Rural Areas: From small towns to rural communities, we partner with trusted local logistics providers to ensure your order arrives safely—even in hard-to-reach locations.

2. Delivery Timeframes: Know When to Expect Your Order
We work hard to minimize wait times, so you can start using your printed products as soon as possible. Our standard delivery timelines are:
- Same-City Delivery (Lagos Only): For urgent orders placed before 10 AM, we offer same-day delivery (additional fees apply—see Section 3).
- Next-Day Delivery: Available for major cities (Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan). Orders placed before 2 PM will be delivered the following business day.
- 2–3 Business Days: For other major cities and suburban areas.
- 3–5 Business Days: For rural or remote locations (due to limited transportation frequency).
Note: Delivery times may be extended during public holidays (e.g., Christmas, Eid, Independence Day) or unforeseen events (e.g., bad weather, road closures). We’ll notify you of any delays via email or SMS.
3. Delivery Fees: Transparent Pricing, No Hidden Costs
We believe in transparent pricing—you’ll always know your delivery cost before placing an order. Fees are calculated based on:
- Your delivery location (city vs. rural).
- The size, weight, and quantity of your printed products (e.g., a bulk order of banners will cost more to deliver than a set of business cards).
- Your chosen delivery speed (standard vs. urgent).
Example Pricing (for reference):
- Standard delivery for a small order (e.g., 500 business cards) to Lagos: ₦1,500–₦2,500.
- Next-day delivery to Abuja for a medium order (e.g., 100 flyers + 5 posters): ₦2,000–₦3,500.
- Urgent same-day delivery in Lagos: Starting at ₦4,000 (varies by order size).

4. Order Tracking: Stay Updated Every Step of the Way
We know waiting for an order can be stressful—so we let you track its progress in real time. Here’s how:
- After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a unique tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

- The current location of your order.
- Estimated delivery date.
- Status updates (e.g., “Shipped from our facility,” “Out for delivery,” “Delivered”).

5. Delivery Terms & Conditions
- Delivery Address Accuracy: Please double-check your delivery address (including street name, house number, and neighborhood) when placing an order. Incorrect addresses may cause delays or failed deliveries, and we may charge a re-delivery fee if the order is returned to us.
- Receiving Your Order: When your order arrives, please inspect the packaging and contents for damage before signing for delivery. If you notice any issues (e.g., torn packaging, bent prints), notify the delivery agent immediately and contact us within 24 hours—we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
- Undelivered Orders: If the delivery agent cannot reach you (e.g., no answer to calls, address not found), they will attempt delivery twice more. If delivery fails after three attempts, your order will be returned to our facility, and we’ll contact you to reschedule delivery (with an additional fee) or process a refund (minus initial delivery costs).
